Hello everyone... Ross Reels is offering a special edition Breast Cancer reel for those who are interested.
I've already ordered one, and Ross Reels said that they were going fast. I have listed two contacts listed below the excerpt for you to contact since you can't get them directly from Ross.
These are the CLA reels... so you can get the pricing from Ross. The only difference in price is they charge an extra $25 per reel. (thus the $25 X 200 reels = $5000 donation) For example, the 1.5 is $170, so the final price would be $195.

Ross Reels continues to produce limited edition series under the “Reel in a Cure” name to help support the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in their fight to eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease. This year’s product is a limited edition series of 200 pink CLA reels that are individually numbered
and custom engraved with the Komen ribbon and the words “Reel in a Cure”.
For the first year, Ross will be making this series available in a number of different sizes. Ross Reels will donate $5,000 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation from the sale of this series. Additionally, individual reels will be donated to the International Women Flyfishers, The Pink Tie Affair (a fundraiser for the Komen Foundation), Casting for Recovery and Reel Recovery to help raise money for these organizations.
Breast cancer is a disease that has touched every person in some way and Ross Reels is committed to doing their part to raise awareness and help find a cure.
This limited edition series will be available through select Authorized Ross dealers.

Update:
I received the CLA 1.5 today and it's a beautiful reel. It has the pink ribbon etched into it as well as the numbering and "Reel for the Cure".
Act fast if you want one of these reels. From what I understand they're going pretty fast.

Carmol had decided she may wanted in on the Ross Real Offer. We had talked about it, but never ordered it. On my trip last weekend at happened to stop at River Run Outfitters in Branson, MO. They had a few left and I was able to purchase one there. She loves it, of course. Ross did a very good job on the reel and this cause. Now Carmol wants a pink rod to match? What's that all about. Maybe Sage will want to get in on the act!

Actually, I've heard that TFO has a breast cancer rod coming out pretty soon. If you're interested, I'll contact the guide who told me about it.
